Greetings, dear visitor! My name is Dean Mysliwiec, and I am a recent graduate from Purdue Northwest University,
proudly holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology with a concentration
in cybersecurity. My journey with computers began at the young age of 10,
igniting a passion for technology that has been growing ever since. I'm currently one of the Lead Student Network Administrators
at my university, where I lead a team of students and manage the university's network.
When I'm not busy with work, I engage myself in various IT side projects,
such as crafting websites and tinkering with my server/home lab equipment.
Beyond the digital realm, you might find me repairing phones and computers,
enjoying a round of golf, making music, or playing some video games.
Every day presents an opportunity for me to elevate my skills in the everchanging IT industry.
I am eagerly exploring a full-time job opportunity to contribute my expertise.
Proficient in networking technologies from previous work experience,
I am versed in managing Cisco, Extreme, and Enterasys branded
equipment— including CLI and physical management. However, my knowledge
also extends to Cybersecurity, Database design, Computer programming,
System administration, Desktop support, and IT sales — fueled by a foundation of
prior sales experience and extended hardware knowledge.
